Additional authorized time is billed at the agreed hourly rate, so the minimum is not a guaranteed final price or completion time.
For local moves, stairs cost $10 per distinct flight used at pickup and delivery, charged once, not per hour, mover or trip. Elevator-only access has no stair charge.
